Beatty Nevada is known as the "Gateway to Death Valley," and hosts not only visitors to one of the great wonders of nature but workers from nearby federal facilities as well. Interestingly, retired folks move here for our warm, dry weather and small town way of life.

The Beatty Apartments and Mini Storage have been home to contract workers, permanent employees and retired people for nearly 30 years. We offer clean, well maintained apartments in a friendly environment with plenty of paved parking, laundry facilities and even a barbque for your use.

Our management team lives on property and can respond to tenant needs quickly and professionally.Local services include two small markets, two convenience stores, several restaurants, a medical clinic, casino and two gas stations. Altitude is about 4,000 feet, fairly dry, rarely snows, over 350 sunny days a year and is located 110 miles north of Las Vegas.

Amenities include a small laundry and barbeque facilities for tenants.
